Obedience is the position of great provision.
What we need to consider is how Joshua's faith created a sense of follow-through. Joshua's faith created a sense of obedience. Faith is doing, not just speaking. Joshua's follow-through was life-changing for the many people that were following him.
Rationalizing, excusing, and justifying are three things that we all have in common. How committed are you to believing what God has already told you? We are not trying to put a list of commands on people but when Jesus speaks to you, are you going to follow through? Most of our battles each week are following through with what God is laying on our heart.
Let's be in a position to receive God's great provision!
